My name is Hikmatu Iddrisu. I am a graduate of Islamic University College, Ghana. I studied Communication Studies with a major in Journalism. I love to use my journalism skills in writing to empower and educate people especially young women and girls.
I chose to be a part of the Muslimah Mentorship Network because I believe it’s a great platform to serve others while learning. Mentorship has produced lots of great individuals who are respected in their various fields of expertise.
If the young Muslim girl gets the opportunity to be mentored, it will go a long way to make the Muslim community a better place. I believe women are the center of our development and every woman must get the chance not only to be educated but also be mentored and empowered. I hope to serve young girls with great interest in communication.
By the will of Allah and the help of this Network, we will do our best to serve the Ummah and Humanity at large.
