My name is Baraka Adam Nurudeen,
a YALI) Alumni and an internal audit officer with half a decade experience in the field working for TG holdings Ghana Limited and Metalex Ghana Limited.
I am also a pioneering member and the financial secretary of ZIT , a group of professionals from the inner cities focused on mentoring and promoting education in deprived communities/
zongos across the country . My love for volunteerism and passion for the advancement of my community has been my drive . ZIT in the last 4 years through several mentorship programs has engaged close to 1000 kids and encouraged them to remain focused on their education .
I find it fulfilling and a great opportunity to serve under the Muslimah Mentorship Network as this will allow me share my experiences over the years with the mentees whom I believe are also willing to be young leaders and change makers in their society.
I look forward to a fruitful interaction with them with the hope that we learn from each other.
